Join the Weinberg Family Cerebral Palsy Center at Columbia and the Cerebral Palsy Foundation for Creating Connections: Lifespan Care, a comprehensive one-day education program on cerebral palsy care across the lifespan for healthcare professionals, researchers, people with cerebral palsy, families, and community partners.
10:00am - 11:45am Continuing Education for Healthcare Professionals with three learning tracks:
- Young Children (0–3 years)
- School-Aged Children
- Adults & Transition
11:45am - 1:00am Lunch & Connection Hour will serve as the bridge between the professional and family programs, creating an opportunity for clinicians, families, individuals with CP, and community organizations to connect.
1:00pm - 2:00pm Our keynote Lindenauer Lecture will be delivered by Konrad Kording, PhD on the topic, "What Can AI Do for People with Cerebral Palsy?"
2:00pm - 3:30pm Interactive workshops for professionals and the community. Topics will include evaluating alternative and complementary therapies and exploring multidisciplinary care.
The event is open to all members of the community. Participants are welcome to join all or select sessions of interest. Participants who care for and support people with cerebral palsy can obtain continuing education credits for their attendance.
